HI-MAP™ · High Impact Manager Accelerator Programme
Your Business Grows When Your People Do
Give managers the skills and confidence to lead, so your business can move forward.

Is your business outgrowing your managers?
Growth puts new demands on your people. Being good at the job does not automatically prepare someone to lead a team.
- Too much still comes back to you. Decisions, delegation and difficult conversations need your intervention.
- Good people are hard to keep. Turnover disrupts the team, adds recruitment costs and slows progress.
- Everyone is busy. Priorities still slip. Unclear expectations and weak follow-through hold back performance.
- Your managers are feeling the pressure. Without support, daily firefighting leaves little room to develop themselves or others.
Why developing your managers matters now.
Recent international research highlights the pressure on managers and the importance of developing your people.
22%
of managers worldwide were engaged at work in 2025, down from 27% a year earlier.
44%
of managers globally said they had received management training, according to Gallup’s 2025 report.
88%
of talent leaders surveyed were concerned about retaining employees. Learning opportunities ranked as their leading retention strategy.
Stronger managers. A stronger business.
HI-MAP helps managers and supervisors build the confidence to handle conflict, delegate effectively and lead accountable teams. For you, that means working towards better productivity, stronger retention and a business with greater capacity to grow.
The HI-MAP formula: 16 core areas across four development paths

- Execution: Getting Things Done
Start with self-awareness.
Participants begin with DISC and Driving Forces assessments and a foundation session on behavioural styles and motivations.
Understanding themselves and others helps managers put the learning to work.

Learning that leads to action.
Every session ends with a commitment to apply the learning at work before the next meeting. Your managers build capability through practical action, supported by experienced, certified implementers.
Two additional modules for managers in Ireland
Alongside the 16 core areas, the Irish programme includes two distinct modules, localised for Irish employment law:
- Performance Management — help managers address performance issues and approach difficult conversations with greater clarity and confidence.
- Re-organisations — help managers understand their responsibilities when structures and roles change, and support their teams through the transition.
Fit the learning around your business
Choose one development path or all four. Sessions can be delivered in person or online, for your own team or alongside managers from non-competing businesses.
Our Irish delivery approach combines two-hour development sessions with 30-minute individual coaching sessions. We agree the programme and schedule around participants’ needs.
HI-MAP is a separate programme, quoted according to the agreed engagement.
