You do not need to arrive with the answer. Having somewhere to work through the question is part of the value.

Your first 90 days, backed by our Performance Guarantee
Take part fully in TAB. If, after 90 days, you believe you’ve received no value and choose to leave, we’ll refund your membership fees.
Five participation requirements apply. Enrolment fee excluded.
How the guarantee works
If, at the end of your first 90 days, you believe you have received no value from TAB and wish to cancel your membership, we will refund 100% of your membership investment, excluding the enrolment fee, provided you have completed these five activities:
- Attended and fully participated in three board meetings.
- Attended and fully participated in at least three private coaching sessions.
- Completed the TAB Business Diagnostic assessment and your Personal Vision Statement in Business Builder’s Blueprint.
- Completed your Behaviours and Drivers questionnaire by your first coaching session.
- Worked with your facilitator to identify and pursue your 90-day business and personal goals.
This refund option is available only after the first three months of membership and at no other time. Requests must be made face to face with your facilitator. Refunds will be processed within seven days of receipt. The enrolment fee, which contributes to third-party expenses, is excluded.

How does a TAB Board work?
Your board meets monthly with a TAB facilitator who guides the discussion, draws out useful questions and gives members space to work through their challenges and opportunities.
How can owners from other industries help me?
Different businesses often face similar challenges with time, people, money, vision, execution and exit planning. Owners from other sectors bring fresh perspectives and experience you can apply to your own decisions.
How will I find time for TAB?
Membership creates regular time to step back and work on your priorities. Discuss the meeting and coaching schedule during your introductory call so you can understand the commitment and how it would fit your diary.
What is the investment for TAB membership?
We’ll explain the membership fee and enrolment fee during your introductory conversation. Our 90-day Performance Guarantee applies subject to its participation requirements and full conditions; the enrolment fee is excluded.
Can a competitor join my board?
Boards bring together owners from non-competing businesses. Potential conflicts are considered as part of the membership selection process.
Can I experience TAB before joining?
