Call Waiting

To maximise my time during the work day, I return calls only at appointed times – 8:00 am, 11:30 am and 4:00 pm. My voice mail message indicates the times during which calls will be returned. My customers have told me that they like this system as they then know when to expect my return call. Of course, if there is an emergency, my message also includes the process to handle a call immediately.
